Within the app, we store your reading preferences, watchlist, educational simulator portfolio, course progress, and community comments.
Your data is used strictly to authenticate your session, deliver regional news and analyst coverage, and synchronize your learning progress. Passwords are hashed with BCrypt, tokens are stored in hardware-backed SecureStore on Android, and all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. ORCA never sells personal data to third parties.
All news, market analyses, and Reels published on ORCA are strictly for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute personalized investment advice. The Market Simulator (US$ 100,000 virtual balance) uses virtual funds strictly for educational practice with no real monetary value, deposits, or brokerage execution.
ORCA is free and may show ads served by Yandex Mobile Ads. To select and measure ads, the ad provider may use your device advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device/app diagnostics. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. ORCA does not sell your personal data. ORCA is intended for people aged 18 or over; accounts of people under 18 are not allowed.

You can permanently delete your ORCA account and all associated personal data at any time—either directly inside the mobile app or through the web form below.
1. Open the ORCA app and go to More (Mais) → My Account (Minha Conta) or Privacy (Privacidade).
2. Tap Delete my account and data.
3. Confirm the toggle and tap Permanently delete account. Your session, profile, simulator history, and preferences are immediately erased.
